New remote control
My credit size remote control failed in that the play button would not work. I contacted Philips who sent a replacement and it was a lot bigger and a better design than the one I had. The new remote control works even better now and I find I am watching and using this unit more because of it. Thank you to the staff at Philips who helped me out and nothing was too much trouble for them. 5 stars.

hard to set up
plugged it in but couldn't connect. plugged it in to my sons tv and all ok. help centre said send it back. Item was replaced but exact same problem. went on to a electronics forum and got the answer. connected unit to my sons tv. went into the settings of the unit changed it from 1200 to 700 and all now all is well. why no info on this before purchase?
