SmartSleep HF3651/01 Sleep & Wake-Up Light

Getting up super early from time to time was so much less daunting with this alarm. The sunlight features are excellent. The menu is intuitive. It looks nice on my desk. The burnt orange colour of the normal light is lovely. The features such as the pulsating 'relax breath' light is a great tool to help you sleep. I personally don't use the nature sounds that much - they sound a bit tinny if they're on full but that doesn't bother me. At max volume its really loud too for all you heavy sleepers. I would say it is a shame that is only has FM not DAB Radio.

Great product. Exactly what I was looking for. Shame you cannot set a different alarm time per day.

I had one of the early models of the Philips Wake up lights which I have for 10 years plus and was really pleased with as I fouled I did not feel tired when I woke up particularly with achy eyes. The Philips wake up clock stopped that, so with that in mind I treated myself to this latest upgrade and I have to say that I am really pleased with it - love the sunset function and the increased range of sounds. Easy to use and nicely styled can highly recommend when it comes to the wake up process

This light, together with the calm sound of rain, helps me to fall asleep and I love the bird sound to wake up to. The sunset and sunrise facilities are also calm influences last thing at night and first thing in the morning. Surprisingly the sunrise light gradually increasing does not wake me up before the bird song despite the light being right next to me on the bedside cabinet. I am very happy with this purchase particularly as it masks my tinnitus. Only downside is (and maybe it is me) I find the settings a little cumbersome. In fact I have not yet discovered how to find the other two nature sounds even though I have had the light for over a month. I have also not yet managed to tune in the radio.

[Employee of philipsglobal] I have to admit that I was skeptical about this product in the beginning - as someone struggling to fall asleep and struggling even more to wake up, I am now totally hooked! The unwind function helps me to fall asleep in less than 20 minutes and I wake up in the morning usually 5 minutes before the actual alarm, only because of the light. My only dilemma now is what I am going to do while travelling! Overall, I would totally recommend this product - looks really sleek, it's easy to use and intuitive and above everything, it WORKS! Trust the word of a morning-hater :)

I brought this when reading the existing reviews, and like those I too are happy to say what a great product!! Ease of use, brightness and other features make it stand alone with its competitors My best Christmas present!

[Employee of philipsglobal] The Somneo was really easy to set up and very intuitive to use. It took me a few minutes to get the time and alarm set and then it was easy to make small adjustments to light settings and play around with the sounds. The light on the Somneo is very warm and not as white as other wake up lights I have owned which is a big improvement. The USB charging point on the back of the product was also an added benefit to charge my phone and its helped declutter my bedside table. All in all a great product so far and I would recommend it to others.

The sunrise simulation is also fantastic and helps me wake up in the morning slowly instead of the startling alram previously used from my phone. The snooze button is also great for the weekends! The product was really easy to set up and have had no hiccups or issues.
